Advertising, offer and brand, managed as one commercial plan.

Haldencrest advises consumer product companies that sell online. We decide where advertising money is invested, shape what customers are offered, and keep the brand consistent while it scales.

Our view

Growth rarely fails on one lever alone.

A brand can buy traffic efficiently and still lose money if the offer is weak. It can price well and still stall if nobody recognises it.

That is why we do not split the work between an advertising agency, a pricing consultant and a branding studio. At Haldencrest, the same small team holds all three, sets one plan and answers for the result. Decisions about budget, price and presentation are taken together, with the same numbers on the table.

We deliberately keep our client list short. It means senior attention on every account, and a direct line to the person who actually makes the decisions.

Reporting

A written account of every month.

Clients receive a monthly report covering spend by channel and market, what changed in the offer, and the plan for the following month. No dashboards to decode, just a clear document you can share with your partners or your bank.

How we work
Engagement

From a first conversation to a monthly rhythm.

  1. Review

We study your products, margins, existing advertising accounts and customer data.

  2. Scope

You receive a written scope: workstreams, media budget, fee and a ninety-day plan.

  3. Set-up

Campaigns, offers and brand standards are put in place and media buying begins.

  4. Report

A statement of spend and results, with the decisions proposed for the month ahead.

Fees and invoicing

Media is billed at cost. Our fee is shown on its own line.

Service fee

A fixed monthly fee agreed in the scope. Some engagements combine a lower fee with a percentage of media managed.

Media

Where the client prefers, we pay the advertising platforms directly and recharge that media at cost, itemised by platform.

Payment

One invoice at the start of each month for the previous month, in US dollars, by bank transfer, 30 days.

Questions

Before we speak.

What exactly does Haldencrest do?

We advise consumer brands on where to invest in advertising, what to offer their customers and how to present the brand, and we manage the media day to day.

Will you buy advertising for us?

If you wish. We pay the platforms and recharge the media at cost each month, separately from our fee. You may also continue to pay the platforms yourself.

Who owns the accounts and assets?

You do. Advertising accounts, data, files and brand materials remain in your company's name throughout and after the engagement.

How long is the commitment?

An initial term is set in the scope, usually three months. After that the engagement continues monthly and either party may end it with 30 days' notice.

Where is the company established?

Haldencrest Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in Hong Kong. Our clients are based outside Hong Kong and we work with them remotely.

How do we begin?
