Agreed in writing. Reported every month.
How an engagement is scoped, run, reported and invoiced, so that you know in advance what to expect.
Two ways to work with us.
Retained engagement
Ongoing management of media, offer and brand under a monthly fee. An initial term, usually three months, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
Defined project
A fixed piece of work with a set scope and fee: a market launch, a pricing review or a set of brand standards. Invoiced on agreed milestones.
The first ninety days.
Review
Access to your advertising accounts, store data and product margins. We listen before proposing.
Written scope
Workstreams, media budget, fee, reporting dates and the ninety-day plan, signed before work starts.
Set-up
Campaign structure, first offer changes and brand standards. Media buying begins within the agreed budget.
Review meeting
Results against targets, what we keep, what we change, and the plan for the next quarter.
One invoice, two clear parts.
At the start of each month we issue one invoice for the previous month. Media purchased on the client's behalf is listed by platform, at cost. Our service fee appears separately. Platform receipts are available on request.

What every client can rely on.
Your accounts remain yours
Advertising accounts, data and brand files stay in your company's name, always.
Nothing changes without writing
Scope, fees and budgets are confirmed in writing before they apply.
A clean exit
After the initial term, 30 days' notice, with a full handover of documents and access.
Ask for a written scope.
