Privacy notice.
This notice describes how Haldencrest Limited (“Haldencrest”, “we”) collects and uses personal data in connection with this website and its business relationships, in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.
Data we collect
This website sets no cookies, uses no advertising pixels and has no contact form. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, produces aggregated, cookie-free visit statistics and may process technical data such as IP addresses for security and delivery. We do not use these data to identify visitors.
When you write to us, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, email address, company and the content of your message. For clients and suppliers we also hold the contact, invoicing and payment details needed to perform our agreements.
Purposes
We use personal data to answer enquiries, deliver our services, issue and collect invoices, keep accounting records and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We disclose it only to service providers that support our operations (such as email, banking, accounting and hosting providers), to advertising platforms where needed to run a client's campaigns, or where the law requires it. Some of these providers are located outside Hong Kong.
Retention
Correspondence and financial records are kept for as long as needed for the purposes above and for the periods required by Hong Kong accounting and tax rules.
Access and correction
You may request access to, or correction of, personal data we hold about you by writing to contact@haldencrestltd.com. We will respond within the time allowed by the Ordinance.
Security
We take reasonable practical steps to protect the personal data we hold against unauthorised access, loss or use.
